There was, indeed, a large puddle under one of the tables. Strangely, none of the children appeared to have soiled their pants. I asked myself aloud, "Who would pee under the table?"
The little boy said, "Someone who really, really had to go and didn't think he could make it to the bathroom?"
I looked down at the boy and asked, "Was it you?"
He shook his head wildly. "No, but maybe I should wash my hands."
